Highbury
As part of the external dilapidation works on this prime location in North London, Reeda were commissioned carry out a full superheated water clean and frame restoration of all external elements. The old council office building was being turned into residential apartments and needed a full clean before being handed over.
Accessing the building with a mixture of specialist spider access and truck mounted equipment, Reeda were able to carry out the works while the existing office block remained fully operational to employees and the public.
Hemel Hempstead
Due to the result of bad detailing at high level and problems with blocked rainwater outlets, the render on the building had become stained with damp starting to cause problems internally. Reeda improved the high level rainwater system and then fully cleaned down the building.
On completion of the high level cleaning works, the window frames were cleaned and a protective coating applied. All low level decorated doors and framework were prepped and repainted.
East London
This four block residential development is situated in the heart of the Docklands area in East London. The building was cleaned by way of rope access and mechanical access. On completion of the cleaning a full bird spiking project was carried out on all of the projecting balconies.
Birmingham
As part of this building conversion from commercial offices to residential apartments, Reeda were engaged to give the entire external façade a full building clean. The smooth and rippled concrete façade was suffering from the build up of inner city pollutants and the growth of mould on the surface.
Using superheated water the entire façade was cleaned down using a mixture of working at height techniques which included rope access, cradles and scaffolding.
